I am curious, who will you be sending this petition to ? Secondly once a bill has been passed, shouldn&#039;t the petition be to amend the bill rather than to stop misusing since the latter simply has no standing ? And wouldn&#039;t it be more credible if you requested that only Indian Citizens participate ? Many of the petitioners do not have Indian names and the comments seem to make a reference to the U.S. Constitution. Wouldn&#039;t that influence the credibility of the petition ? 


Just to make myself amply clear I am not at all against the intent of the petition at all. Just that if one is to go through the trouble of gathering so many signatures, one needs to specify how and where will the petition results be presented and that the efforts should be towards making a legally tenable change.</description>
